Consultation fees
If a paid consultation is offered in the future, refund eligibility will depend on whether the consultation has already been delivered or scheduled with reserved time.
Development projects
Website, app, SaaS and custom software projects involve planning, design, development and communication time. Payments for work already completed are generally non-refundable.
Custom software projects
Custom software is built around specific requirements. Once planning, design or development work has started, refunds are limited to any unused portion of the project fee, if applicable and agreed in writing.
Cancellation terms
A client may request cancellation by writing to contact@kamkimattechnologies.in. We will review the completed work, pending work and payment status before confirming the outcome.
Refund eligibility
Refunds may be considered if work has not started, if a duplicate payment was made, or if a written agreement specifically allows it.
Non-refundable work already completed
Research, planning, meetings, wireframes, UI design, development, testing, deployment support and third-party service charges are generally not refundable once completed.
